These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every registered member ("Member" or "User") who uses the baji222 platform and all its services. By accessing the baji222 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The meanings of several key terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" — The baji222 website and mobile application (Android and iOS).
• "Member" — A person who has registered on baji222 and manages an account.

• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the only currency used on this platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on baji222 and use any betting or casino service, a member must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gaming activity.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false information will cause problems during account verification and may result in withdrawal requests being rejected later.

3.1 Account Security

Members are fully responsible for the security of their own username and password. Login credentials should not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the baji222 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

baji222 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. A national identity card or other documents may be requested for verification. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 No Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use a member's account is strictly prohibited. The balance or bonuses in an account may not be given to any third party.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on baji222 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Members must use a method registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Responsibility for Deposits and Withdrawals

baji222 cannot guarantee the return of funds deposited to a wrong number or using the wrong method. Members must confirm all details before making a transaction. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on baji222 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before this bonus can be used, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If a member violates bonus rules — such as using multiple accounts or attempting bonus arbitrage — baji222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and reclaim any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Program

The baji222 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on total net losses for that week. Progression through VIP tiers is assessed automatically based on member activity.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, carefully review all terms, odds, and event details. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or connection loss, baji222 will review the matter and make a decision.

6.2 Odds Changes

baji222 reserves the right to change odds, suspend, or cancel markets at any time. If an event is cancelled, the funds placed on bets for that event will be returned to the original balance.

6.3 Game Results

Casino and slot game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a member has an objection regarding a game result, it must be reported to support within 24 hours; such claims cannot be considered after that.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji222 and may result in account closure and asset forfeiture:

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting any technical error in a game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account or stealing their information.
• Impersonating baji222 staff to contact other members.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

baji222 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Information provided at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and improving service quality. Members' information is not sold to any third party. However, limited information may need to be shared due to legal obligations or at the direction of authorities. All transactions are secured through SSL technology.

10.2 Member's Responsibility for Decisions

The risk of losing money through betting and gaming is borne by the member alone. baji222 does not guarantee any outcome of a bet or the result of any game. Members knowingly accept this risk when using the platform.

10.3 External Websites

If the baji222 platform contains links to external websites, baji222 is not responsible for the content of those sites.

11.1 baji222's Rights

baji222 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Registering with a false identity or false age.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

11.2 Member's Rights

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must notify the support team in writing. If any active bets are open at the time the account is closed, those bets will be settled in the normal manner.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms
